Year 2000
Another year full of individual exhibitions; Galeria Jordi Barnardas, Galeria MarcArt (Olot), Galeria MarcArt (Girona) and La Galeria (Sant Cugat). He signs a contract with Winn Devon a of posters and graphic pieces´ publisher who will distribute his works all around the world. He will go to the United States to present some serigraphy and posters´ editions in the Artexpo New York Fair.
2007- Didier present his new works nearly.
Year 2006
He changes studio again. This time he moves to Cambrils, a little village next to Premià de Mar, from where he can watch the sea although now it looks remote. He will travel a lot in 2006. This time he moves around Europe: Paris, Venice and Istanbul. He also goes back to the USA to Las Vegas, where he carries out his first individual exhibition in the Galerie Côte d´Azur Gallery.
Even though he doesn´t leave his exhibitions in Barcelona. He will produce "Nits I Dies", his fifth exhibition in la Galeria Jordi Barnardas.
Year 2005
He does some individual exhibitions in La Galeria with oil on canvas work from where the book "Un Dia amb " is edited.He also exhibits paintings on paper in La Galeria Art Dama.
He produces a collection of 12 lithography work for Bassat Ogilvy.
In summer he will set up a little studio also as his home in a village in El Baix Empordà. There he produces a little-size artwork where the sea disappears to give place to a landscape of fields and forests.
Year 2004
He presents an individual exhibition in Galeria Jordi Barnardas, "La Mar Salada". He goes to the US again. He first visit Nashville where he does an individual exhibition and then he goes to California where he produces some artwork and exposes in Marino Gallery LA.
Year 2003
He will travel several times to the United States where he will do some exhibitions in Los Angeles, Miami and New York. Winn Devon will edit a book called "Small Moments". He also travels to New Orleans.
Year 2002
He feels the need to recover the sea sights and so he moves to Premià de Mar again. He sets a large studio on the seaside where he will prepare his individual exhibition "Pinzells Silenciosos", Galeria Jordi Barnardas (Barcelona). He presents for the first time his sculptures and oil paintings on canvas.
Year 2001
He introduces his original artwork for the first time in the Artexpo New York Fair from where he will set up his first artwork on paper individual exhibition in the Sahara Fine Art Galleries in Seattle. Aside, he will organise an artwork on paper individual exhibition en Galeria ArtDama (Calafell) and several collective exhibitions.
In 2001 he also starts working on sculpture. His artwork now enters a three-dimensional world. He will produce some little bronze pieces of artwork.
Year 1999
He moves to Argentona to a new studio which will also be his home. There he will have more space but his windows will be in front of the sea no more. Now he´s surrounded by mountains, his vegetable garden and his pets (dogs, parrot, cat and fishes).
He organises three individual exhibitions: "Llums Irreals" (Unreal lights) in la Galeria del Marcart (Olot), Galeria ArtDama and "Imagina" (Imagine) in la Galeria BAT, Alberto Cornejo (Madrid).
He will also turn in several lithography´s editions in the Estampa fair in Madrid.
Year 1998
He will spend all this year attending to exhibitions and travelling. He will organize five individual exhibitions: "Dones" (Women) in la Galeria Ismes (Vilanova i la Geltrú), Artexpo in la Galeria Art Dama, "Colors" (Colours) in La Galeria (Sant Cugat), Marc 3 will present his new lithography collection "12+U", and finally in la Galeria Marc Art (Olot).
At the same time he will make three journeys from which he will draw some sketches that he will later reproduce on canvas. He will travel to Paris, Lisbon and New York.
Year 1997
He will be invited to Sweden to prepare el Simposio Internacional de Litografía (International Lithography Symposium) which will take place from 25th July to 9th August 1998. He will spend a week in Tidaholm exchanging experiences and opinions with the other lithographers.
He will organise three individual exhibitions: Premià de Mar´s museum, la Galeria Art Dama and in la Galeria Jordi Barnardas. He will also take part in some collective exhibitions, among these: "El Bodegó" (The Still-life) in la Galeria Art Dama, "Trois visions differents depuis Barcelone" (Three different views from Barcelona) in la Galerie Xavier Delannoy (La Garde Freneit-Saint Tropez, France) and "Homenaje a Federico García Lorca" (Homage to Federico García Lorca) in la Galeria BAT, Alberto Cornejo (Madrid).
On the occasion of the local festivals, Premià de Mar´s council entrusted him the poster for the festivals.
Year 1996
Once in his new studio he will produce the artwork he´d lately exhibit in the individual exhibitions in la Galeria AndorArt in Andorra and in la Sala Vayreda in Olot.
This is a very important year for him because he moves to a studio of his own in Premià de Mar. There he will find himself alone in front of the white canvas with nobody with whom contrast his work.
From his days in Palo Alto, his return to his father´s studio and the removal to his new studio, it will appear the artwork from the two individual exhibitions he creates on that year. The first of these will be in la Galeria Art Dama in Calafell and the second one in la Galeria Jordi Barnardes in Barcelona.
Between studio and studio, and exhibition and exhibition he will travel to Prague and North-Italy, from where he will learn some ideas for some pictures.
Year 1994
In the studio he meets Javier Mariscal who, after seeing his corner-studio he suggests him to move to Palo Alto. That would surely mean space! There, to move from one side to another, he needed a bicycle. All was great until heavy rain started. These caused the studio to fill up with water and buckets, which needed to be emptied frequently. The pictures would never get dry so he must go back to his studio. He will carry out an individual exhibition in la GaleriaAB in Granollers and some other collective exhibitions.
This is a fruitful year regarding individual exhibitions. He will organize five of them: in la Sala Vayreda in Barcelona, Gastó Sala d´Art in Terrassa, Sala Rebull in Reus, Galeria Susany in Vic and in Minerva Galeria d´Art in Mataró.
He wins an award (Premi Talents) in the "XXXIV Premi de Pintura Jove de la Sala Parés". He organizes an individual exhibition in la Galería Art Dama in Calafell. He also takes part in various collective exhibitions which, among them: "7 Noves Realitats" (7 New Realities) in la Sala Vayreda (Barcelona), "Saló de Mar" in la Galería Blaudemar(Arenys de Mar, Barcelona), "XV de XX" with la Galería Art Dama, which was a travelling exhibition throughout all Catalonia.
He wins the second prize in the "XXXIII Premi de Pintura Jove de la Sala Parés", an art contest that takes place in Barcelona. He also takes part in some collective exhibitions of graphic works (in Barcelona and Valencia) and in some exhibitions over paper and canvas board.
Since 1990 he´ll do all his paintings in his corner, where he will create his "micro studio". This will be open to all artists, some of which will just look whereas some others will give their opinion. Just as lots of artists will have a look on Didier´s work, he´ll do the same on this artists´ workart. So, this will be his "school" in the art world. .
Year 1989
He carries out his first individual exhibition and he edits a lithography.
Year 1988
He starts working in his father´s studio where he learns lithography. He had been visiting it during all his childhood. He got his corner in the studio and he began painting over paper and canvas board.
That was the year when he began his relationships with other artists who would visit the studio to make some lithography. This extends to 1995, when he decides to move to his own studio.
During all these years, he will meet a great variety of artists which some of whom he will make good friend relationships.
